Access to and use of the dela77 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
To access the Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, valid email address, and preferred banking or e-wallet details for withdrawals. You must update this information promptly whenever it changes.
Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of any Bonus funds, and potential forfeiture of the Account Balance pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dela77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify dela77 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
dela77 reserves the right to request supporting identity documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence, as well as proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by dela77 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any remaining Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding wagering requirements. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.
dela77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following verified Indonesian payment channels: bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata; and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No cryptocurrency or foreign-currency transactions are accepted.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Funds deposited via bank transfer are typically credited to your Account Balance within 60 seconds of successful bank confirmation. dela77 does not charge any deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests submitted between 07:00 and 24:00 Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) are typically processed within 15 minutes for e-wallet channels and within one hour for bank transfers. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operational window. dela77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account verified as belonging to the Account holder.
dela77 reserves the right to require KYC document submission before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if the Account has not completed the full verification process, if there is suspected fraudulent or irregular activity, or if an active bonus is attached to the Balance with outstanding wagering requirements. Users will be notified of the reason for any hold via their registered email address.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of any deposit made to your dela77 Account is considered a breach of these Terms. dela77 reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately upon detection of a chargeback instruction, withhold any Balance pending investigation, and pursue recovery of outstanding funds through available legal means.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by dela77 are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the offer is presented, including wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. These promotion-specific terms supplement — and in the event of conflict, supersede — the general bonus provisions set out in this section.
Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Bets placed on restricted games, or placed at odds below the minimum threshold specified, will not contribute to wagering requirement completion. dela77 publishes the full game contribution table and minimum odds requirements alongside each active promotion.
dela77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes — but is not limited to — claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to reduce risk on bonus funds, using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, and misrepresenting eligibility. Where bonus abuse is detected, dela77 reserves the right to cancel bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and apply a permanent bonus restriction.
Bonus funds that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from your Account Balance without prior notice. No extension of bonus validity will be granted after the expiry date has passed.
You may not withdraw Bonus funds directly. Only real-money winnings generated from completed wagering of Bonus funds — in accordance with the applicable promotion terms — are eligible for withdrawal. If you request a withdrawal while a Bonus is active and the wagering requirement is incomplete, the Bonus and any Bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules published in the dela77 sportsbook section, including market-specific settlement rules, void conditions, and push outcomes. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. dela77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price due to a manifest error, typographical error, or feed malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Account Balance.
In-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time data feed available at the moment of placement. There may be a brief delay between on-field events and the Platform's data update. dela77 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted during a data disruption or after a decisive event (goal, red card, etc.) that had not yet been reflected in the market may be voided at dela77's sole discretion.
All casino and slot game outcomes are generated by certified random-number generators (RNGs) operated by the respective game studios. dela77 does not control or influence the RNG outcomes of any third-party game. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific results for any individual session.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all products and are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. dela77 reserves the right to impose personalised stake limits on any Account at any time, without prior notice, where it deems such limits necessary for risk management or responsible gaming purposes.
A bet may be declared void if the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement window, or affected by circumstances rendering a fair result impossible to determine. Voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned). Bets on markets affected by match-fixing investigations may be suspended pending the outcome of official inquiries.

Automated access to the Platform — including bots, scrapers, and data-mining tools — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent Account suspension and legal action.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data used for KYC verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial contract law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the dela77 Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.
Nothing in this clause limits dela77's right to seek interim or injunctive relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property or prevent imminent harm. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
